Our Streamlined Diamond Sourcing Process

We've designed our process to be clear, convenient, and entirely transparent, primarily through email to ensure all details are accurately recorded and easily accessible for you.

1. Share Your Vision: Simply email us the details of your ideal diamond. The more specific you are (regarding cut, clarity, carat, color, budget, etc.), the better we can tailor our search.

2. Receive Curated Options: We’ll promptly send you 2-4 handpicked diamond options. Each will include comprehensive specifications, videos, and a transparent price breakdown for your thorough review.

3. Make Your Selection: Once you’ve chosen your perfect stone, we’ll place a complimentary 24-hour hold on it and send an invoice.

4. Secure Your Diamond: All payments are due upfront and are securely processed. Once your payment is confirmed, we immediately order the stone for delivery to our facility for inspection. (Please note: We cannot guarantee stone availability beyond the 24-hour hold if payment has not been received.)

5. Meticulous Quality Control: Every diamond first arrives at The Loft Diamond Lab for a thorough quality control inspection. We’ll provide you with photos of the stone, and the official GIA/IGI report PDF.

6. Secure Delivery: After our verification, your diamond is shipped via FedEx Express with insurance and requiring an adult signature. It will arrive in an inconspicuous packaging and all will include original GIA/IGI paperwork.

7. Anticipated Arrival: Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your stone to arrive. This timeframe allows for double verification – first by our trusted independent supplier, and then meticulously by us at The Loft Diamond Lab.
